1. Shipping Information

1.1 Order Processing
We strive to process and ship your cider and beverage orders as efficiently as possible. Once your order is placed, please allow up to 14 business days for processing before shipment.

1.2 Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options suitable for food and beverage products. Available shipping methods will be shown during checkout. Please select the option that best suits your needs.

1.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the chosen shipping method, destination, and the weight/volume of your order.


2. Shipment Tracking

2.1 Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the order details. Please review this email carefully and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

2.2 Shipment Notification
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.


3. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, and external factors. The estimated times provided at checkout are guidelines only.

3.2 Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, customs clearance). We appreciate your understanding.


4. International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

4.2 Delivery Restrictions
Certain alcoholic beverages may be restricted or prohibited in some countries or cantons. Please review your local import regulations before ordering.


5. Order Changes and Cancellations

5.1 Changes
If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.

5.2 Cancellations
Because our products are beverages and food, once an order has been processed or shipped it cannot be canceled or refunded, except where required under Swiss law (for example, if the goods are damaged or defective).


6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@cidreduvalais.ch with photos and proof of purchase. We will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
