Thank you for choosing Cidre du Valais !
No Returns or Refunds (Food & Beverages)
Because our products are beverages and food items, under Swiss legislation on food safety and consumer protection they are not eligible for return or refund once delivered, except where they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. This ensures product integrity and food safety for all our customers.
Returns Accepted Only for Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

The product was damaged in transit,

The product is defective or does not match the order.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of purchase at admin@cidreduvalais.ch. We will arrange either:

Replacement of the product, or

A refund to the original payment method.
Conditions for Accepted Returns
To process a return in the above circumstances:

The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please follow the return instructions provided by our support team; the return address is the one shown on the sender label of the package.
Refund Timeline
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exempt Items
In line with Swiss legislation, the following items cannot be returned or refunded except if damaged or defective:
